Privacy policy

This policy explains what Limbwright Tree Service ("Limbwright", "we") collects through this website and phone number, and what happens to it. Limbwright is a referral service that connects people with independent tree service companies.

Information we collect

• Callback requests. Your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you selected, whether you marked the request urgent, and any notes you add.
• Phone calls. Your phone number, the time and length of the call and which page number you dialed. Calls may be recorded and are handled through a call-tracking provider.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, the referring site or advertisement, campaign tags in the URL, approximate device type, and a shortened, salted hash of your IP address used to limit abuse of the form.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How it is used and shared

• To connect you with a provider. Request and call details are shared with an independent tree service company serving your area, and with the lead-routing and call-tracking vendors that deliver them. That company may call or text you about your request.
• To run and improve the site. Usage data shows which pages are useful and whether calls reach a provider.
• To comply with law and to protect against fraud or misuse.

Limbwright may be paid by the tree service company for a forwarded call or request. We do not sell your information to unrelated marketers. Once your details reach a tree service company, that company's own privacy practices apply to what it does with them.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores a small record in your browser of how you arrived (for example, a campaign tag) for up to 30 days, so a request can be attributed to its source. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled, those providers may set their own cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, and the site will still work.

Calls and text messages

By submitting the callback form you agree that a tree service company may contact you at the number provided, including by text. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. You can tell the company to stop at any time, and reply STOP to end texts.

Retention

Request and call records are kept for as long as needed to route them, measure performance and meet legal obligations, and are then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through the contact page. Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state law, and we will honor verified requests as that law requires.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it. Use of the site is also governed by the terms of service.
